All products sold by twosixonedesign are digital templates, delivered electronically upon successful payment. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing a download link. This email serves as your receipt and provides all the necessary information for accessing your purchased template. Our system is designed to process orders automatically. However, in rare instances, processing may take up to 24 hours. If your order is delayed beyond this time frame, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue promptly. You may download your template multiple times within a reasonable limit. We monitor download activity to ensure a smooth experience for all customers, and excessive downloads may result in restricted access.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 

No Refund Policy
As we provide digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made. This is because digital templates are instantly accessible, and we cannot reverse the delivery of these goods. Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as a technical issue on our end, but such requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our sole discretion.

If a template includes only a single page or view, this will be clearly stated in the description. Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not issue refunds for purchases made by mistake or for templates that do not meet personal preferences after download. It is your responsibility to double-check the details and ensure the product matches your needs before completing the purchase.

 

Canva Compatibility All templates purchased from twosixonedesign are made specifically for use with Canva. We do not support or guarantee functionality in other design platforms or software. If you choose to use the template outside of Canva, please understand that we cannot offer assistance or issue refunds for issues that arise.
